You can add images to vocabulary words with Diffit + Diffit Classic.
Here's how to do this:
With Diffit:
Add details to your prompt to include vocabulary words with images, either before generating the resource or with Chat after it is generated.
With Diffit Classic:
Click the three dot menu in the upper right on a Vocabulary Activity page and select Add Images
