If you have an individual teacher subscription to Diffit Premium, you can manage your subscription by clicking on your user avatar in the upper right-hand corner of Diffit and then clicking "Manage Subscription." You must be logged in to Diffit in order to access this page. Please see sections below about how you can manage your subscription.
Cancel Subscription:
Click the Cancel subscription button
Pause Subscription:
If you have a monthly subscription, you can pause payments during the summer months by canceling your subscription and resubscribing when school resumes. All of your resources will be saved!
Update payment information:
Click the pencil icon to update payment method
Individual subscriptions must be purchased using the email address of the person who will use the account. Subscriptions cannot be transferred to a different email address after purchase. If a subscription was purchased with the wrong email address, it will need to be cancelled and repurchased using the correct user’s email address. If you need assistance, please contact us here.
